Mitretek Healthcare National Recall Forum Stimulates Collaboration Across the Healthcare Field:  Patient Safety concerns drive leaders to focus on improving the medical product recall process.  A Forum was held in Washington, D.C. on June 14th for manufacturers, distributors, healthcare providers, and FDA representatives to identify problems in the recall process, and work toward finding constructive ways of overcoming them.  A key problem identified was the lack of standardization - in terminology, data presentation, and processes.  Click Here to read the full press release.
