The product provides a daily indemnity benefit, in units of $50, up to a maximum of $300 per day for coverage when the insured is confined in a hospital. The policy has no elimination period, a 365-day maximum benefit period and coverage also is available for dependents.

In addition to the base policy, there are four optional riders.

• Hospital Intensive Care rider
• Outpatient Sickness rider
• Emergency Accident rider
• Annual Hospital Admissions Benefit rider

THIS IS A LIMITED BENEFITS POLICY which should be used to supplement existing health coverage.
