How it works:

1. They scan checks, EOBs and associated detail on our high-speed imaging system and deposit your check payments.
2. Then they transmit an image file of checks and documents to HealthLogic where your specific EOB data is lifted using ICR and OCR technology and validated against payer templates/formats.
3. HealthLogic matches your captured information against your ANSI x12 837 open claims file (or other proprietary open file format) and keys in any unmatched remittance.
4. A HIPAA-compliant file is created and transmitted to you using a secure protocol such as encrypted FTP or HTTP.
