This plan pays the costs of an array of legal services, provided by a nationwide network of attorneys (the employee chooses the attorney he or she wants). There are no waiting periods for the policy, and premiums can be designed for groups or for singles/families. Very little is required of the employer in terms of implementation and on-going administration. An administrator helps with the enrollment process and provides enrollment brochures and other standard materials at no cost. Members can provide continuous feedback regarding the services they receive and the plan's operation by means of a survey or toll-free number. An annual analysis of plan usage and financial results is prepared for the hospital/employer.
