Program Description
The Gary Willis Leadership Award (GWL) recognizes mid-level managers and directors who have made outstainding leadership and operations contributions to their organization. The award is for professionals who are looking to advance their career through continuous educational opportunities promoting operational excellence.

Qualifications Reminder

• A minimum of five years of health care human resources experience
• Must be an ASHHRA member for a least one year*
• Hold a position within an organization from manager to director

*Current ASHHRA Board members including the Past President are not eligible for this nomination
