What is a webinar?
A webinar is an affordable and efficient way for people to come together, learn about a topic, and share peer-to-peer knowledge without the travel cost or time commitment of a seminar or live event.
How does a webinar work?
The webinar format is an interactive presentation that utilizes a web browser and phone if necessary. On the day of the seminar, log on to the URL provided and participate in the learning session. With this option there is no need for a phone line, just simply turn on your speakers and you will hear the audio. To listen via your telephone, select (Non-Streaming Audio). In this case the audio portion will be provided by calling the
1-800 number and entering a conference passcode that will be provided to you.
What system requirements must my computer meet to participate in a webinar?
Please visit our system requirements page and consult your IT department if you are unsure of your system capabilities.
When can I register?
Registration will open approximately 45 days prior to each event and remain open up to one hour before the live broadcast.
Can I access the event from a different computer than the one I registered from?
If you have already registered for the event, you can access the event regardless of the computer you initially registered from by entering your email address in the returning registrant portion of the event registration page.
How will I know if/when my registration form has been processed?
AHA Solutions will issue a registration confirmation email upon processing your registration form. Please be sure to submit your current email address on the registration form.
When will I receive materials for the webinar?
An email will be sent to registered attendees the day before the webinar is scheduled to take place. It will include instructions and the webinar presentation. Please be sure to submit your current email address on the registration form.
How long does a webinar last?
Each webinar lasts 60 minutes in length; 45 minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A.
What does the cost include?
AHA Solutions webinars are FREE to AHA members and hospital personnel.
What if I can't attend the webinar?
You may request a replay link of the webinar by visiting our website, www.aha-solutions.org, and clicking on "order replay links."
