In a value-based environment, health care organizations must keep improving patient flow by identifying challenges within the root causes of data visibility, communication, and patient engagement. Results of the PFCA provide you and your peers insight into not only the challenges but potential solutions to patient flow issues across eight key stages. Assessment results are compiled and analyzed in the Patient Flow Challenges Report, which drives AHA Solutions' identification of new products and services and its development of educational programs that foster operational excellence in hospitals.
