Respondents to the 2012 Patient Flow Challenges Assessment (PFCA) identify Communications as the most persistent root cause of patient flow problems, and specific communications issues are among their top concerns. However, they also cite this root cause as a powerful resource for solving patient flow challenges.

This supplement to the 2012 PFCA provides additional data and perspective about the communications-related issues identified in the main Report.
