With more than 30 years under our belts, we know what hospitals think, want and need. But how do we actually know what we know? Our team personally meets with hospitals. And listens. We listen to the challenges, concerns and successes that hospitals tell us they are facing. Then we take that first-hand knowledge and work to directly address them.

The cofounding of the National Healthcare Career Network is a result of these conversations about critical workforce shortages. Through our Voice of the Customer Innovations Committee we've implemented peer-to-peer educational events to address operational gaps.
