The American Hospital Association Now Offers No Cost Job Feeds to AHACareerCenter.org

The American Hospital Association (AHA) now offers no cost job feeds to health care employers on its Career Center, AHACareerCenter.org. The unlimited postings to AHACareerCenter.org offers unrestricted access to its database of more than 45,000 health care resumes.

The American Hospital Association (AHA) announced today that it will no longer charge health care employers to post jobs to its Career Center, AHACareerCenter.org. The change was made to help alleviate the increased demands on budgets and resources the hospital field is currently experiencing.

The no cost job feeds service is now available, and offers unlimited postings to AHACareerCenter.org and unrestricted access to its database of more than 45,000 health care resumes.

"The AHA recognizes the impact quality talent has on the health and wellness of our communities," said Amy Goble, Vice President of AHACareerCenter.org. "We’re excited to bring added value to our colleagues, who are responsible for attracting and acquiring a skilled workforce that will drive transformation in the health care field."

The job posting process has been simplified as a result of the no cost posting service. Employers have the option to post jobs via an automated feed from their website to AHACareerCenter.org, or they can opt to have the AHA ‘scrape’ jobs from their site for a one-time setup fee.

AHACareerCenter.org is a leading career resource serving health care professionals in all specialties, from Nurses to CEOs. Based on candidate delivery rates of the more than 20,000 AHA-only jobs posted in the first and second quarter of 2013, a hospital that feeds 100 jobs per month can expect to be provided with an average of 3000 candidates per year.

The AHA is also a founding member of the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN), a collaboration of nearly 300 trade associations and professional societies. Because the AHA and other partner career centers are aligned to the NHCN through a common technology platform, AHACareerCenter.org can provide employers with greater reach and brand exposure.

No cost job feeds service to AHACareerCenter.org can be upgraded Network Postings for a fee, and will amplify the reach of the postings into the highly niche/specialty health care disciplines that are represented by the NHCN.
