Having Trouble Logging In or Registering? Here are some of the most frequent difficulties people are having, along with suggested solutions. • Are you trying to register the old way? If you’re still trying to use your AHA membership number plus the password “AHA,” please note that we have a new system in which we ask you to choose your own, personal user ID and password. You then link that registration to your AHA membership number on the page named “add memberships.” Click here to begin registering. • Is your Personal Membership Group number getting rejected? If you’re in an individual membership society, please make certain you put three zeros at the start of your membership number when you enter it at the “add memberships” page. The number should be 10 digits long. • Is your AHA member number getting rejected? If you’re putting zeroes in front of the number, the system won’t understand you. Do it without the zeroes – just the seven-digit number. |
