Frederick P. Morgeson, Ph.D. is the Eli Broad Professor of Management in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and founder of Morgeson Consulting, a management consulting firm which leverages state-of-the-art research techniques across a broad spectrum of Human Resource Management and Industrial-Organizational Psychology domains. For the last 20 years, Dr. Morgeson has conducted award-winning research and consulted across a range of topics, including leadership, work design, and personnel selection. This includes work specifically focused on HCAHPS and healthcare staff and physician assessment, development, and retention. He has also taught courses, conducted webinars, and presented his research on leadership, human resource management, corporate social responsibility, and assessment and selection at the undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., and executive development levels, with considerable experience presenting to healthcare audiences.

Gil has over 27 years of experience installing, supporting, and designing talent management and workforce management systems.

He is responsible for promoting technology that helps organizations control costs, increase patient satisfaction, and improve patient safety. This includes explaining the value of HealthcareSource technology to customers and prospects, as well collaborating with engineering to develop solutions based on market needs.

He is intimately familiar with workforce software and services offerings as a result of more than two decades of experience in positions such as director of product marketing, customer service manager, national customer training manager, and health care workforce solutions analyst.

Sullivan earned a bachelor ’ s degree in technical communications from the University of Massachusetts .

Mark Rosenthal is the Manager of Human Resources Operations at Northside Hospital. His extensive career includes a past VP position in Healthcare Recruiting at The Dunwoody Group and Administrative Director of Rehabilitation at Emory University Hospital. Mark has proven skills in the areas of management, communications, technology, interpersonal skills and received his degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
