Stephanie has been in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space for more than ten years . Managing and building Ethics and Compliance programs for such organizations as The GAP and Premier Healthcare Alliance. She has significant experience work in standards of conduct development and revision, training and education, awareness and communications, policy management, hotline and case management, process development, review and auditing, values alignment, operational compliance, among other activities.

Stephanie has previously served in the United States Marine Corps and the North Carolina Air National Guard. During this period, she held assignments in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also a graduate of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association's Executive Development Program. Her educational credentials include a Masters of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a Graduate Certificate in Ethics and Applied Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from University of North Carolina-Charlotte

Stephanie is a frequently sought after speaker on corporate and professional applied ethics and compliance and has been invited presenter at the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association's Annual Conference and MEO certification. She is also a frequented lecturer in executive development programs and at colleges and universities, such as the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Currently, Stephanie serves as an Advisory Board Member, for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Master of Arts in Ethics and Applied Philosophy.
