There’s no way around it, health care candidates and HR departments view the placement process in very different ways. In the latest Talent Selection Trends in Health Care report, respondents cite a conflict between candidates and HR that is similar to a game of tug of war; both sides are working hard, but in opposite directions and toward different goals. The lack of a shared goal makes finding the perfect candidate difficult, complicating operations and wasting time that could be better spent providing care.
