There’s no way around it, health care candidates and HR departments view the placement process in very different ways. In the latest Talent Selection Trends in Health Care report, respondents cite a conflict between candidates and HR that is similar to a game of tug of war; both sides are working hard, but in opposite directions and toward different goals. The lack of a shared goal makes finding the perfect candidate difficult, complicating operations and wasting time that could be better spent providing care.

AHACareerCenter.org and Development Dimensions International (DDI) share findings from this co-produced report and offer insights on how to break the tug of war between health care job candidates and HR to produce a win-win scenario.

You Will Learn:

  • Findings from the Talent Selection Trends in Health Care report
