Jennifer Metivier, MS, FASPR joined Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) as the Executive Director in 2010. ASPR is a professional organization of over 1,100 in-house physician recruitment professionals whose focus is to support and enhance the careers of in-house physician recruitment professionals.

Prior to joining ASPR, Ms. Metivier was the Manager of Physician Recruitment and Retention for six years at Glens Falls Hospital located in Glens Falls, NY. She developed and implemented the hospital's first in-house physician recruitment and retention program and was also involved with the organization's medical staff manpower and strategic planning initiatives.

Ms. Metivier was the Founder and President of Upstate New York Physician Recruiters, Inc. (UNYPR), a regional association of in-house physician recruiters. Under her direction as UNYPR President, the organization's members worked collaboratively to promote physician opportunities across Upstate New York.

Scott Manning has over 30 years of experience in Human Resouces/Physician Recruitment. As a seasoned Director, Scott has successfully developed, implemented, and administered full scope HR/Physician Recruitment programs for multiple organizations. He is also a skilled public speaker who has presented various topics at both national, regional and state conferences.
