Earlier this year, Kaufman Hall published findings from a research study designed to gauge the transformation of the delivery system from an inpatient-centric model to an outpatient-centric model emphasizing community health. Results of the Chicago-area study show that, through behavioral and structural changes, the inpatient-centric health care model is starting to transition to a community-centric model. During this webinar, two of the study’s co-authors, Managing Director Mark Grube and Senior Vice President Rob York, will discuss the findings and share perspective on the actions that hospital leaders need to take to position their organizations for success in the transformed health system.

Mark Grube, Managing Director, leads Kaufman Hall’s integrated strategic advisory practice. Rob York is a Senior Vice President of Kaufman Hall and a team leader in the firm’s Strategy practice. He provides strategic services for a range of healthcare clients, including large healthcare systems, public/safety-net providers, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. Mr. York’s responsibilities focus on developing strategies to help providers remain relevant and viable in the new healthcare environment.
