- Account Management
Account Managers develop strategic positioning plans and programs supporting the health care marketplace to influence implementation of a portfolio of products and services that solve hospitals' most pressing challenges. As an Account Manger, you'll foster client involvement, engage talent and influence buying decisions through matrix-style relationships between hospital executives and AHA-endorsed partner contacts. You'll manage projects that scope arenas like regulatory and legislative impact, patient safety, quality, data integration, security and infrastructure, while developing intimate relationships with related business partners to help coordinate resources to provide sales and marketing support.
- Corporate Development
Working within our Corporate Development group offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow and enhance AHA Solutions' multiple business lines. You'll develop a diverse skill set and awareness of the health care market as you analyze and evaluate products and services to best meet the needs of today's hospitals. In this position you will interact regularly with and have direct exposure to health care business leaders and hospital executives, while refining your skills in sales, marketing, business analytics and market research.
- Data Management Team
Our Data unit manages AHA Solutions' contact management system. This unit is responsible for training all staff on the system usage to ensure the integrity of our data. In this role, you will support all areas within AHA Solutions by developing dashboards and reports, data requests, data entry, research and call center projects that fall under our Intern Program.
- Event Management/Planning
Our Event Specialists are responsible for planning and executing all trade show events staged by AHA Solutions and our various business units. In this role, you develop promotions and event strategy; manage attendee recruitment, event preparation, management of logistics, event reporting and communication. As a specialist, you'll support the Account Management team with speaker recruitment. You'll be a key player in the development and production of event collateral, agendas, speaker bios, presentations and other supplementary materials.
- Education
In this role you will work closely with Account Managers to connect AHA-endorsed partners and member hospitals to develop a curriculum of innovative knowledge sharing within the health care field. In this role, Education Specialists set event learning objectives and coordinate presentation materials that best support the operational excellence of hospitals. You also oversee support activities, including registrations, confirmations of attendees and rehearsal schedules. As the coordinator of the AHA Solutions Signature Learning Series education, you help share with hospital members best practices and peer thought exchange.
- Field Representation
As a member of our Field Representation Team, you'll build intimate relationships with key decision makers at the most influential hospitals and health systems. Travelling on site, you will engage in open-forum dialogue to understand the most pressing challenges hospitals face in this shifting era of health care. By leveraging partner relationships, you will introduce services and products that best solve for those challenges, fostering operational excellence in hospitals.
- Finance
As a member of AHA Solutions' Finance team, you develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that build economic value for the AHA. This department ensures adherence to appropriate internal controls, generates accurate financial reports and safeguards corporate assets. You also serve as the internal advisor to various business units on growth strategy, supporting financial operating and strategic planning, profit forecasts, compliance, cash and debt management and external development. You steer our economic success so we can maintain our fiduciary support of the AHA, to best further our missions.
- Marketing
Be actively and directly involved with day-to-day brand and campaign management as a member of AHA Solutions Marketing team. Immerse yourself in innovative and effective e-communications and relevant collateral. Incorporate new trends into short- and long-term strategies promoting the success of our partners and hospitals' operational excellence. Working with a team of talented professionals, you'll interface with a variety of top-tier designers, print and mailing houses and PR firms in support of our AHA-endorsed partners, business units and the organization.
- Sales
As a member of the AHACareerCenter.org Sales team, you will be the face of the AHA job board, providing a critical link with our customers. You also will build on targeted marketing campaigns, identifying leads and interest for the AHACareerCenter.org, where hospitals and health care employers go to find highly qualified applicants (from entry level to CEO) and where job seekers go to land the right job within the health care industry. Interact with our Charter or Association affiliate groups and be part of this fresh, rapidly growing career network.
- Webmaster
Managing AHA Solutions' online presence, you will collaborate with our various business units to reveal and implement technology to increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs and enhance online marketing impact on revenue and profitability. Developing, recommending and monitoring new and organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, this evolving role also leads cross-functional project teams to ensure AHA Solutions' web relevancy in this dynamic social media market.
