Cisco  Awarded American Hospital Association Endorsement

Cisco wireless networking products recognized for superior performance in healthcare environments

                                                                                         

SAN JOSE - July, 25, 2007-- Cisco® today announced that its wireless networking products have won the American Hospital Association’s (AHA) exclusive endorsement.  Over a span of several months, AHA Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association, conducted a comprehensive selection process that included products and systems developed by the top wireless networking product vendors focused on the healthcare market.  The Cisco wireless networking products were ultimately selected for their exceptional security, reliability, industry-leading customer support and overall strategic fit for hospitals..

The Cisco products endorsed by the AHA include all of the components of the Cisco Unified Wireless Network, specifically Cisco wireless LAN Controllers, Cisco Wireless Control System, Cisco Aironet Access Points, and Cisco Wireless Location Appliance.
